  • Don’t try to turn on a slope in any situation.

  • Avoid using the trailer on rocky, slippery or bumpy surfaces to prevent excessive wheel wear.

3. Operating Without a Load

  • Roll up the forks to stop the auxiliary wheels from hitting the ground.

  • When you drive over potholes or uneven terrain, maintain a slow and uniform speed.

4. General Rules

  • Nobody should sit or stand on the aerial lift platform. It is not engineered to accommodate people.

  • After the use, return the trailer to its allocated storage facility. Don’t leave it out or unsupervised.

  • Wipe the hydraulic cylinder rod on a daily basis with a clean cloth and apply lubricant oil. Clean the trailer after every shift, if possible.

  • Use lubricating oil on the axles at least once in every three working days.

  • Report any malfunctions right away and ensure repairs are done on time.

  • When you are done using it, bring the forks to their lowest position and park the trailer on level ground to prevent any kind of movement. Most importantly, never leave the forks elevated when not in use.
